This role works closely with different Human Resources teams to contribute to the success of programs and projects.  This role will be given an opportunity to learn the basic human resources principles applied in today's business world.  

What you'll do: 

• Partner with the Organizational Development team to plan and coordinate employee programs and training  
• Help design and deliver employee focused training 
• Assist with production of Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) 
• Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) 
• Help researching best practices for employee pulse surveys 
• Assist with analysis of employee training participation data 
• Support the HR Technology team with audits 
• Help the Compensation team with job pricing 
• Assist other teams in Human Resources department with special projects. 

To be considered for the position, you must meet all of the following: 

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field 
• Completed High School diploma/GED
