Job Description

This position is responsible for the administration of the Salesforce database to maintain accurate data and provide general administrative support to Enrollment Services and other areas of the company.

What you'll do:

• Daily administration and support of Salesforce database including but not limited to reviewing data, building and update accounts and restructure information.

• Maintain data integrity with the use of input forms, validation rules, workflows and approvals

• Work collaboratively with appropriate team members to maximize efficient use of Salesforce to effectively address the needs of specific areas

• Provide daily/weekly/monthly production and status reports out of Salesforce

• Daily auditing of enrollment data to ensure accuracy

• Develop and maintain best practices associated with all of the above

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Salesforce experience.
