Bachelors degree in related field. Masters preferred.
Required Licensure and Certifications\:
Certified Diee4tary Manager (CDM) required within 18 months of employment. ServSafe Certification is required upon hire.

Foodservice Management Professional (FMP). At least 3 years of management experience in a healthcare environment. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Food Service Operations.
