About our Program:

The Upward Bound (UB) program is a federally funded grant program that provides fundamental support to underrepresented high school students to increase the rate at which participants succeed in secondary and postsecondary education and pursue rewarding tech-enabled careers. Upward Bound serves high school students from low-income families and families in which neither parent holds a bachelor's degree.

The Upward Bound programs at AIM Institute serve students from Abraham Lincoln, Omaha Bryan, Papillion-LaVista, Papillion LaVista-South and Thomas Jefferson high schools. AIM Institute is seeking a variety of part-time instructors for its 5-week UB summer program to occur at the AIM Institute Exchange Building in downtown Omaha.
