Talent Sourcing & Technical Account Manager
As part of the Careerlink sales team, this position will be responsible for supporting customers with questions and concerns about recruitment and use of the Careerlink platform. Account Managers have an integral role in the sales department as they work to maintain relationships while also assisting our customers in understanding how to use Careerlink, finding the most qualified job applicants, and helping our customers create productive job postings.
Our ideal candidate has experience connecting job seekers with employers. Experience in a sales environment and customer service experience is preferred. This person should be adept at navigating web interfaces so that they can convey information to our customers. They should also exhibit the cultural values of AIM: bold, engaging, supportive, and tech-savvy.

This position is full-time working at the corporate office with full benefits after 1 month and includes a strong base salary with commission.
