Talent Sourcing & Technical Account Manager

As part of the Careerlink sales team, this position will be responsible for supporting customers with questions and concerns about recruitment and use of the Careerlink platform. Account Managers have an integral role in the sales department as they work to maintain relationships while also assisting our customers in understanding how to use Careerlink, finding the most qualified job applicants, and helping our customers create productive job postings.

Our ideal candidate has experience connecting job seekers with employers. Experience in a sales environment and customer service experience is preferred. This person should be adept at navigating web interfaces so that they can convey information to our customers. They should also exhibit the cultural values of AIM: bold, engaging, supportiveand tech-savvy.

This position is full-time working at the corporate office with full benefits after 1 month and includes a strong base salary with commission.

Duties:

  • Source qualified candidates/job seekers that meet the needs of Careerlink customers
  • Build and maintain current and new relationships with prospective customers to identify their sourcing needs
  • Analyze customer job postings for areas that could be improved to generate better recruiting results
  • Connect with customers on how they can improve their job postings and execute those improvements
  • Strive for quality customer service by providing technical and talent sourcing support
  • Create customer solutions by promoting the appropriate AIM products
  • Train customers to use products effectively
  • Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
  • Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales  
  • Establish best practices and keep track of sales performance metrics

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service or talent sourcing experience.
  • Passion for tech education and tech career development.
  • A background in technical support for subscription-based products/tech products is preferred.
  • Able to ask great discovery questions and build a packaged proposal including multiple AIM products (Consultative sales experience preferred, but not required)
  • An ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
