Inside Sales & Account Management

AIM is seeking a sales professional to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs as well as add to our community impact by generating new business and building relationships to position AIM products. This person will provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale and combine packaged solutions to customer challenges. Our ideal candidate is someone has at least some sales experience and can represent the values and mission of AIM to our customers. 

This person should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. This person should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals.

This position is full-time working at the corporate office with full benefits after 1 month and includes a strong base salary.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of sales/account management experience.
  • Passion for tech education and tech career development.
  • A background in technical support for subscription-based products/tech products is preferred.
  • Able to ask great discovery questions and build a packaged proposal including multiple AIM products (Consultative sales experience preferred, but not required)
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development.
  • An ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Course study in Computer Science or relevant field.  
Duties:

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales goal
  • Open doors to foster new relationships with potential customers
  • Performs daily, consistent prospecting activities that align to a structured management of pipeline
  • Generate outbound sales calls and in person client meetings according to expected goals
  • Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Address all product-related queries on time
  • Train customers to use products effectively
  • Provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
  • Report on product performance Identify solutions to reduce support costs
  • Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
  • Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales  
  • Establish best practices and keep track of sales performance metrics
