Operations Assistant

AIM is looking for an experienced candidate who can manage all the operational processes associated with the tech education programs for the Interface School as well as act as the receptionist for the AIM Institute. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with autonomy, problem solving skills, and organizational skills who can multitask and pick up new skills adeptly.

This position is full-time working at the corporate office with full benefits after 1 month.

Duties:

  • Track incoming applicants/status/information
  • Pre-screen candidates and move them through the application process (issue assessment info, request resumes, move forward to interview, issue denial emails if rejected)
  • Communicate with applicants and graduates via email and phone
  • Enroll and on board all students
  • Responsible for all course tracking including the status of each student
  • Coordinate and set up interviews
  • Manage and enter traction metrics
  • Coordinate all financial aid options
  • Manage billing with accounting department
  • Manage internal programs and update accordingly
  • Interface site updates
  • General admin support
  • Assist with student recruitment efforts and regularly meet set goals
  • Data Steward for Tech Education

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an administrative assistant/receptionist
  • Exceptional phone and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
  • Capacity to learn new skills and tasks quickly
  • Knowledgeable about AIM and the Web Interface School
  • Experience with I.T., recruiting, computer science, or talent acquistion is preferred.
