Business Development Executive

AIM is currently seeking Sales Professionals who can add to our community impact by generating new business and building relationships to position AIM products. This person will be equipped with a mix of products that can be pieced together as a packaged solution to customer challenges. To be successful, a Sales Executive needs a balance of experience in phone sales as well as hitting the pavement for client meetings. This position is full-time working at the corporate office with full benefits after 1 month and includes a strong base salary with generous commission structures.


  • Passion for tech education and tech career development
  • 5+ years sales experience, preferably in relation to technology
  • Driven, self-motivated and ethical in sales practices
  • Full lifecycle sales experience utilizing a CRM tool
  • Able to ask great discovery questions and build a packaged proposal including multiple AIM products (Consultative sales experience preferred, but not required)
  • Enjoys being a team player but able to effectively work as an independent contributor
  • Must be able to track & influence relevant pipeline metrics to improve sales forecasting


  • Create a quarterly sales plan that outlines building and managing sales campaigns
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales goal
  • Open doors to foster new relationships with potential customers
  • Performs daily, consistent prospecting activities that align to a structured management of pipeline
  • Generate outbound sales calls and in person client meetings according to expected goals
  • Research market trends relevant to customer segments and sales opportunities for your assigned sales area
  • Educate clients on  AIM products & services
  • Assist colleagues with closing deals and partnering to deliver results for clients
