Talent Tech Director

AIM is currently seeking a Tech Talent Director who can specifically help employers fill tech talent positions, assist job seekers to find tech or other opportunities, and continually work to build the tech workforce via the Careerlink Platform. The ideal candidate would have a technical background or experience working and recruiting within the tech industry.

This position is full-time working at the corporate office with full benefits after 1 month and includes a strong base salary with generous commission structures.


  • Directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Director of Sales and Marketing, Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors, and the Strategic Planning Team
  • Leads and directs assigned functions and/or business units.  
  • Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers.
  • Delivers high-quality service to customers and contract employees by matching contract employees' skills with customers' needs.
  • Comprehends complex job orders.
  • Responds to and qualifies job orders efficiently.
  • Uses the Careerlink Platform to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified candidates.
