AIM is currently seeking a Tech Talent Director

Directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Director of Sales and Marketing, Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors, and the Strategic Planning Team. Leads and directs assigned functions and/or business units.  The Tech Talent Director will specifically help employers fill tech talent positions, assist job seekers to find tech or other opportunities, and continually work to build the tech workforce via the Careerlink Platform.

  • Community Building - Tech Community, Meet Ups

  • Community Services - Tech Career Seeker Services

  • Community Services - Student, Participant, & Graduate Placements
