Sales - Business Development

AIM is currently seeking Sales Professionals who can add to our impact by generating new business, building relationships, and sell AIM products, including Careerlink.com services, to employers and jobseekers.

Careerlink.com is the network of resources for employers, jobseekers, youth and workers that operates within AIM. Sales Executives need proven success in the phone sales arena as well as be good in establishing community builders.

The right candidate for this job will be expected to make outbound calls with a minimum daily talk time requirement. Effective closing skills are essential to the success of a Sales Executive. You can immediately start writing your own paycheck with the right skill level.

Our current available position is:

  • Full time working at the corporate office with full benefits after 1 month.  Strong base salary with generous commission structures.

Requirements:

  • Sales professional 
  • Must be self-motivated and ethical in sales practices
  • A team player will be dependable and reliable
  • Relationship building skills
  • Must be a power user of technology
  • Multi-tasking is essential

Duties:

  • Build a pipeline of potential customers
  • Build relationships with potential customers
  • Prospect new leads for sales
  • Generate outbound sales calls to result in required daily talk time
  • Research and forecast market trends and opportunities for your assigned sales area
  • Train new clients to use Careerlink.com
