As a Mgr, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, you too can help us drive payments at the speed of change.

The Mgr, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance will manage a multi-functional team of Business Analysts who are focused on planning, eliciting, analyzing and managing requirements and a team of Quality Assurance Analysts to determine compliance with quality standards of corporate applications and provide guidance on test plans and analysis of test results. The manager will ensure resources are identified, allocated and assigned to projects in a timely manner based on the prioritization of projects.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages and allocates the work load for the business analysis and quality assurance functions.
  • Consults with internal customers to determine project priorities. Reviews work requests, estimates scope of projects, plans project resources and coordinates resources.
  • Supports the planning elicitation, analysis and management of high quality requirements by assigned analysts to projects.
  • Manages and participates in the development of high quality internal processes. This includes requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, conducting post mortems and continuous process improvement.
  • Defines, implements, improves and standardizes the requirement related processes across various corporate applications.
  • Builds and maintains proficiency of business analysis standards and processes related to the function of requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, management and ongoing documentation of the function.
  • Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of related work experience to include experience with requirements processes (planning, elicitation, analysis and management) and systems testing.
  • Prior experience in people management or team leadership.

Highly Desired Skills:

  • 2 or more years of experience leading and developing teams.
  • Experience with software development methodologies.
  • Experience with automation of quality assurance.
  • Past experience in establishing policies, procedures and documentation for business processes in a standardized format.
  • Experience with applications such as Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP, Salesforce, Clarity and Office 365.
