Infogroup is looking for top talent to join our dynamic and innovative team. We are currently seeking a Digital Media Account Manager to join our team. In This position is responsible for research, order placement, and overall tactical execution of acquisition and media projects. This position is also responsible for providing quality solutions to client media needs. This position will customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment relative to matters of significance.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Perform research to identify the optimal combination of media solutions and placement to meet client needs.
  2. Negotiate media placement and rates with online vendors. 
  3. Develop insertion orders for clients and vendors; monitor billing and contract process through completion of project.
  4. Manage tactical execution of media programs from conceptualization to fulfillment.
  5. Coordinate transfer of data and content between clients and vendors.
  6. Develop and manage project timelines with clients and vendors.
  7. Work within Company proprietary application to setup tracking and monitor program performance.
  8. Analyze campaign performance, draw conclusions from data, and make actionable recommendations for optimizing future program performance.
  9. Assist sales with development of smaller scale proposals.

 

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

  1. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business contacts outside of the Company in an articulate, professional manner. Strong written communication skills.
  2. Ability to work tactfully through challenging client issues.
  3. Superior organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  4. Must work well under pressure and be sensitive to deadlines and attentive to detail.
  5. Ability to interact in a team environment
  6. Ability to adapt quickly to change.
  7. Excellent customer service and data analysis skills.
  8. Ability to communicate data insights in a user friendly way.
  9. Ability to make independent choices regarding matters of significance to business operations.

Education, Experience, and Certification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or equivalent is required.
  2. 1 to 2 years previous relevant experience is required.
  3. Media buying experience (experience with email, co-registration, online display advertising and paid search) is preferred.
