Job Description

Infogroup is looking for top talent to join our dynamic and innovative team. We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Papillion, NE office.As a Digital Marketing Analyst at Infogroup, you will identify actionable marketing opportunities through sophisticated analytics, dashboards and reporting. This position supports a wide range of projects across brands to generate insights for the business that lead to effective multichannel marketing strategies. Responsible for the development and distribution of quantitative and qualitative marketing analysis reports.


Essential Job Functions:
1.Work independently to provide analytical and statistical expertise to help inform the strategy for the marketing team

2.Surface data driven insights as they relate to channel and audience performance and provide suggestions for improvement

3.Develop actionable customer, brand and market insights that will be leveraged for strategic planning, program development and creative production.

4.Responsible for the development and distribution of quantitative and qualitative marketing analysis reports.

5.Monitor and evaluate A/B testing opportunities as they relate to the website, landing page and ad copy performance and improving the overall customer experience

6.Continually analyze and improve the digital marketing programs (managing spend, response rates, ROI, LTV, attribution and detailed analysis of all elements of the program).

7.Produce forecasts of lead initiatives, track program results, to help inform and implement efficient, effective strategies.

8.Handle all technical phases of an analytical project, ultimately producing data and other deliverables for presentation to internal stakeholders

9.Assist in the development and execution of test design and planning of multichannel marketing programs

10.Participate in and/or lead development of, and provide technical assistance for, various reporting dashboards and reporting alerts

11.Become the subject matter expert on analysis and statistical methodologies for the business

12.Become the 'go-to' resource for business intelligence especially as it relates to sales, marketingand lead routing

13.Document a set of project specifications upon completion of analysis or model development and deliver specifications for implementation into a production environment.

14.Assist in the development and execution of tests of new digital marketing concepts


Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
1.Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business contacts outside of the Company in an articulate, professional manner.

2.Strong analytics toolset skills; preferably in Google Analytics, SAS or SQL.

3.Ability to represent insights in PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau and other software packages to produce high quality presentations.

4.Strong problem solving skills and the ability to adapt existing systems to fast-changing requirements.

5.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6.Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.


Education, Experience, and Certification: 
1.Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent is required.*

2.3 to 5 years of experience working in direct marketing required.*

3.Experience with Salesforce preferred.

4.Proven experience in various statistical techniques, including logistic regression, cluster analysis, discriminate analysis (i.e. CHAID/CART) and other data mining methodologies a plus.

5.Certification in SAS or equivalent level of experience is a plus.
