Infogroup is looking for top talent to join our fast-paced and innovative team. We are seeking a Compilation Associate, POI to join our Papillion, NE office. This position is part of the Update+ team. This research-based compilation group focuses on improving key segments of data important to local search and navigation customers and is responsible for improving consumer facing POI-related locations by conducting website analysis and phone calling to verify data. Associates must be detail oriented and analytical. This position is based on a quota system to meet goals.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Conduct website research and analysis.
2. Compile data by typing
3. Phone calling to verify data
4. Meet or exceed standard for assignment (Standard is considered minimum work ouput)
5. Perform work accurately by maintaining quality standards
6. Make daily corrections in a timely manner
7. Analyze data and ask questions
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
1. Experience with MS Office, Excel, search engines, and Outlook.
2.Ability to type quickly and with minimal errors
3. Able to maintain a 99% or higher level of accuracy
4. Good eye for detail/ability to identify errors and correct them quickly
5. Follows directions well
6. Must be able to read and interpret data
7. Able to work independently and as part of a team
8. Detail oriented with good organizational and time management skill
Education, Experience, and Certification:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required*
2. Previous data entry experience preferred
3. Internet Savvy and experience with MS Access is preferred
4. College degree preferred
5. Good work history
