|Job Title||Grants Accountant II|
Financial management of restricted fund accounts – ensuring expenditures are allowable, allocable and reasonable and are in compliance with the granting agency’s regulations and Uniform Guidance. Manage effort reporting.
|Work Schedule||Typically 8:00 - 5:00|
Generate and distribute Personnel Activity Reports (PARS) as scheduled. Review PARS as they are returned, reconciling them to SAP and following up with the departments if any changes/corrections made to the PARS need further clarification to ensure we are in compliance. Create new award files and update SAP. Close out files as grants terminate. Perform special projects when they are requested involving the financial management of grants and contracts.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Experience with A133 audits and fiscal year-end closeouts.
