Reporting to Inpatient Clinical or Ambulatory Manager, this individual will provide application system support and be responsible for collaborating independently with systems business/clinical management and serve as technical resources to identify, analyze, prioritize and resolve system needs; use cases, workflow and metrics to configure, maintain and monitor system use. This individual will provide suggestions for potential application modifications, enhancements or business process changes as appropriate. This would include metrics and KPIs designed to monitor the performance of management and staff in achieving SLAs, adhering to process and the timely recording of pertinent data. This individual must have strong knowledge IS processes as well as software application support.
The Applications Analyst III works independently and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks. Days and hours worked may be variable.
Baccalaureate degree in Information Sciences or related field,
OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Five years operational experience in clinical or healthcare, business or operation setting
OR Minimum of Five (5) years of functional and/or systems analysis and reporting
Position Requirement(s): License/Certification/Registration Complete education and pass certification in assigned EPIC application module(s) within 120 days of completed education.
EPIC certification in the module(s) being represented
Experience in EMR installations

Produce and provide analysis through reports, dashboards, and analytic tools to management
