This position will report to the Director of Organizational Development, and will primarily be responsible for:
Provides coaching, facilitation, team development, and professional development services that enhance the skills and performance throughout the organization that creates an alignment with the organizations strategic plans.
Act as internal consultant to divisional and departmental management to solve problems; facilitate organizational development projects; consult with management on quality, customer service, as well as, with executive leaders and senior managers to implement organization improvement initiatives and assure alignment with the overall strategic plans.
Designs, develops, coordinates, implements, delivers and evaluates training programs, along with whole systems analysis and process reengineering that support organization objectives and are aligned with the organizations business objectives.
Research and design organizational development projects and management development training programs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Masters Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or Organizational Behavior with one year of work related experience in organizational and professional development, consultation, and research inquiry.
One year of work related experience in organizational and professional development, consultation, and research inquiry.
Knowledge of professional best practices in professional and organizational development, consultation, and research inquiry.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and data analysis software.
Knowledge of training best practices and industry standards.
Knowledge of adult learning theories and training development.
Skill in problem solving and decision making required for high level consultation.
Skill in training course development.
Skill in data management and analytics.
Skill in attention to detail and data accuracy.
Skill in senior-level consulting.
Ability to provide clarification and feedback to individuals with a diverse background.
