Job Summary

In this position you will be responsible for the overall operation of the Human Resource department by ensuring policies and procedures are in place to create an excellent place to work including adhering to the Core Values, ensuring consistency in policy interpretation, creation and practices in areas of recruiting, benefits, compensation, training, workplace safety and employee relations. You will plan, organize and control all activities of the department and participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, management or other related field required
  • HR professional designation (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) highly preferred along with 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity
  • Minimum of three years management experience required
  • Must be skilled in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Broad knowledge and experience in employee relations, employment law, benefits, wage and hour, payroll and OSHA laws
