The Quality Manager for is responsible for leading the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives, with a focus on achieving operational excellence. The Quality Manager will develop and execute strategies and systems to ensure that product quality standards are met and maintained. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing and developing the quality assurance team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and maintain quality systems and procedures to ensure company standards are met.
• Monitor and review product performance and process changes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and manage quality improvement activities and lead cross-functional teams.
• Design, implement and maintain quality control procedures and systems.
• Facilitate and manage root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address quality issues.
• Design and review quality control test plans, process controls and standards.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Manage and develop a team of Quality Assurance professionals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Quality Control, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Quality Manager role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of Quality Assurance professionals.
• Proficiency in QA and testing, Quality Control, and Quality Engineering.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, quality systems and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
