We're looking for a Solutions Analyst to join our team!

**Remote Position, must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CO, CT, DE, IA, IN, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MO, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI**

As a Solutions Analyst with Mosaic, you will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Applications and act as the “Business Owner” of the IT applications. The Solutions Analyst will be responsible for maintaining deep knowledge and understanding of both our enterprise applications, and the potential use cases for them by our end users. The Solutions Analyst will be responsible for choosing how applications are configured and utilized to deliver maximum value to our customers.

What you’ll do in this role:


* Serve as a subject matter expert for advanced functionality and develop solutions to business needs with our enterprise technology
*

Lead and collaborate with business partners to document new business requirements and determine if solutions exist in our existing application suite or if we need custom development
*

Maintain a backlog of enhancements for our application suite and coordinate with department leads to prioritize
*

Own the relationships with our business partners, and work across all departments to identify overall priority for technical teams
*

Build and maintain a roadmap of releases, features, and enhancements
*

Collaborate with the IT Training Specialist to develop training and support resources
* Owns and maintains an inventory of all the business applications.






* Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or information technology.
* Three to five years of experience in IT, systems analysis and design, application support or project management.
* Experience and aptitude with a large range of technologies and applications/business functions.
* Proven ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
* You’re comfortable and even thrive in fast-paced environments where you learn something new every day
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
