About The Role

Are you data driven and numbers focused? Are you passionate about accounting, financial strategy or business administration?  This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a GROWING organization with a high impact team!  You will have the ability to monitor various business functions of Mosaic agencies in Nebraska.  You will be thinking and acting strategically while monitoring financials and benefits of persons served, agency revenue, expenses, systems and practices.

As a leader, you will coach, develop and train your team members to grow in building relationships with each person, family member, guardian and co-worker they communicate with each and every day. As a good financial steward of resources this position will prepare, analyze and report on the financial status of agencies providing recommendations to senior leadership.


Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm, based on the needs of the department/agency


* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting required.
* Minimum of four years of experience in a related field.
* Experience may not be substituted for education.
* Expert experience with Excel is a must.
