Who we are:

Mosaic is a whole-person healthcare organization offering Medicaid funded and private pay services for people with diverse needs. Mosaic offers a wide range of intellectual and development disabilities (IDD) residential and in-home supports and day services.

We are looking for a Organizational Effectiveness Coordinator to be based out of our National Supports Office in Omaha, Nebraska. In this position you will coordinate and support the overall strategy, planning, design and administration of talent strategies including performance management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, change management, culture and talent review programs in alignment with Mosaic's mission, values and Seven Essential Practices of Leadership to ensure organizational effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities:


* Coordinate and support the strategy, planning, design and administration of performance management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, change management, culture and talent review programs in alignment with Mosaic's business objectives.
* Utilize existing systems and tools, including learning management systems and processes and participate in the design of new tools to improve individual and organizational capabilities.
* Support the development of processes and solutions are intuitive and simple for the organization to implement and sustain.
* Establish, measure and evaluate appropriate qualitative and quantitative metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and formulate recommendations for course correction.
* Participate in HR Related projects and initiatives.
* Oversee various data related initiatives, including reporting, data collection and basic data analytics.
* Serve as a resource to business partners related to Operations Effectiveness initiatives.



About You


* Bachelor's Degree in organizational development, human resources or related field required.
* Minimum three years of job-related experience required.
