Who we are
Mosaic is a whole-person healthcare organization offering Medicaid funded and private pay services for people with diverse needs. Mosaic offers a wide range of intellectual and development disabilities (IDD) residential and in-home supports and day services.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to be based out of our National Supports Office in Omaha, Nebraska. In this position you will develop, implement and lead Mosaic's digital strategy. Ensure consistency and accuracy in all messaging and posts while making impactful and relevant posts. Measure effectiveness of campaigns and adjust frequency and message as needed.
* Develop, implement and lead Mosaic's digital strategy in coordination with the marketing and communications team to increase brand and community awareness and enhance sustainable fundraising campaigns across digital platforms. * Provide guidance on email marketing best practices and implement email automation as needed. * Administer and manage branded external websites. (i.e. Rejoicing Spirits). * Coordinate webpage maintenance to ensure that new and consistent information is posted on a regular basis. * Manage Mosaic's social media presence to build awareness through strategic posts and ads. * Coordinate with internal team to ensure proper brand voice, strategy and activity goals for social media channels. * Monitor social media content and public relations alerts. * Produce and interpret data analytics reports for cross-functional teams to measure campaign effectiveness and/or to influence social strategy.
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in journalism, public relations or communications required. * Minimum three years of managing social media presence in a corporate or professional capacity required.
