Program Service Technician

Track the delivery of program and health care documents of individuals served and ensure the services are in compliance with state standards, under the supervision of the clinical services coordinator. Write program quarterly reports, create strategies from consumer goals on individual service plans and monitor compliance with training for assigned pod/caseload of direct support employees.
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of six months of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
