About the position:

As a Direct Support Manager at Mosaic, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of people served and those who support them in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this position you will coordinate operations of group home settings, activities and services for up to 20 individuals. You will work with regulatory agencies such as Department of Health and Human Services, Fire Marshall and internal quality assurance to develop compliance systems and practices to deliver high quality services deserving of each individual who chooses Mosaic's services.

As a leader, you will coach, develop and train employees to grow in building relationships with each person, family member, guardian and peer they reach each and every day. This position requires flexibility in schedule, effective communication with several stakeholders within and outside of working hours, navigating systems, technology and practices to build capacity and creating a culture of endless opportunity for each person receiving Mosaic services                                                                                                                                               


* Bachelor's Degree in human services, healthcare administration, psychology 
* Valid US Drivers License
* Work requires frequent physical activity including extended periods of standing, walking, and bending with occasional periods of sitting, kneeling, climbing, stooping, crouching, squatting and balancing.
* Work also requires constant reaching between knee and shoulder level as well as frequent reaching below knee level and overhead.
* Work requires occasional independent lifting up to 25 pounds, frequent push/pull up to 40 pounds of force and the ability to safely transfer 50 pounds.
