Job Description

Mosaic is a faith-based nonprofit organization providing a life of possibilities for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We offer competitive pay and benefits, development opportunities and a positive work environment. Mosaic is currently looking for a Community Relations Officer to join our agency in Northern Iowa.


* Develops and executes a comprehensive community relations and donor development plan
* Enhance relationships for the organization in the assigned community
* Gain measurable and sustainable financial support for Mosaic through fund-raising, friend raising, public relations, marketing, special event and volunteer management

* Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations, communications or a related field.
* Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position.
* Previous experience with grant writing and volunteer management is helpful.
