We're looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team!
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll assist with the delivery of behavior reduction, skill acquisition treatment plans, and interventions under the direction of a certified and/or licensed clinical supervisor.

What you’ll do: Provide direct individual and group behavioral service in the home, center, and community-based environments, as well as telehealth service when appropriate Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a qualified behavior professional Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the behavioral treatment/plans and assist in the collection and monitoring of caregiver data Assist staff and care providers with training, modeling appropriate implementation of individualized behavior interventions, treatment, and plan Assist in the monitoring, recording, and collecting of data related to behavioral programs and interventions Provide regular progress updates on treatment goals Assist qualified behavior professional in various operational tasks including intake screening, data graphing, ABC tracking, observation, etc.
You should have: High school diploma & 40 hours of documented behavior training At least 3 years of experience working with persons with I/DD At least 6 months of experience working in a direct behavioral service position (60 hours of documented behavior training can be substituted for 6-month experience requirement) Knowledgeable of behavioral intervention approaches and psychoactive medications

Schedule: Evening & Weekend Hours
Associate's degree in human service, counseling, education or similar field. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). One year of experience preferred. A minimum of 1-year experience working with behavioral challenges (i.e. aggression, self-injurious behavior, elopement, etc.)
