This position is responsible for training and assisting people served in various aspects of activities of daily living, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of the people being served, and electronically documenting the services and supports provided.
High school diploma or equivalent, based on state requirements. Minimum of three months of experience in a related field preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid CT driver's license and the ability to obtain and maintain the State of Connecticut -- DDS Medication Certification.
