We're looking for a Cook to join our team!

As a Cook with Mosaic, you'll be responsible for preparing food items according to a scheduled menu while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.

What you'll do:

* Prepare and serve meals to meet nutritional needs of individuals served
* Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food is maintained and served at safe temperatures
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by implementing cleaning schedules and procedures
* Monitor applicable dietary restrictions and changes to ensure accuracy of meal being served
* Maintain safe and efficient operation of all equipment

Ideally, you should have:

* A passion to help others
* Six months experience in quantity food preparation
* HS Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.
* CPR Certification or willingness to obtain if hired
