We're looking for a Support Service Coordinator to join our team!
At Mosaic, we empower people to live as independently as possible. As a Support Service Coordinator, you'll oversee the quality aspects of individuals served in our intermediate care facilities, focusing primarily on quality, clinical and compliance outcomes.

* Participate in maximizing employee engagement by supporting direct support teams with adequate training and coaching * Coordinate and direct the delivery of habilitative services with regulatory requirements * Oversee the development of individual-centered programs and monitor the quality of services delivered

Necessary Skills:
* You're comfortable and even thrive in fast-paced environments where you learn something new every day * Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field - REQUIRED * Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities * Strong background in performing habilitative services in a thoughtful and purposeful manner * Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment * High intrinsic motivation to serve others through an individual-centric operations method * Experience working in an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities * May require QIDP certification and experience in an ICFMR.
