Established in 2013 EPCTX of Corsicana is the 2nd of two Enterprise facilities to offer Architectural Precast solutions to our customers within a 500-mile radius of the plant. We are PCI Certified (A1 & C2A), actively participating in the Plant Certification Program. This assures our clients that we adhere to the highest standards of design, testing and production techniques along with finished product quality through random audits by PCI.

Travel to various locations in Texas acting as a working Foreman performing duties related to finishing and patching fabricated precast concrete products while on jobsites. May supervise others when necessary

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Performs precast patching procedures in accordance with architectural specifications and PCI standards.  This includes specific concrete mix designs, acid etch, water wash or sandblasting operations required to finish the product.
  • Operates a boom lift and/or climbs ladders in order to access areas of the building that require precast patching procedures.
  • Communicates to Operations on a regular basis regarding adequate supply of materials used in finishing and patching are on hand and that all equipment is in safe working condition. Reports problems as needed.
  • Meets regularly with the Operations and crew members to discuss operational problems and to provide input on improvement of work processes and work flow.
  • Comes to work regularly and on time, in accordance with company policy and demonstrates loyalty to the company and mutual respect for other Enterprise personnel.
  • Assumes responsibility for maintaining plant, yard and jobsite safety in accordance with the Company Safety Manual and OSHA industry standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Must exhibit strong tact and demeanor when communicating with customers.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as blue prints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Uphold and support organizational goals and values.

Education / Experience / Certifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 - year of experience in a similar or related position. 
  • Applicant must pass written and field tests for man lift, scissor lift and all other equipment.
  • Ability to learn other skills in the finishing of concrete products that is specific to the precast industry.

Lifting requirements are moderate to heavy, but with the assistance of other personnel and equipment.
  • The work described will require the Patch Crew Member to be on various construction jobsites and at times be exposed to extreme weather conditions. This employee will be required to wear all safety equipment required of construction OSHA standards, plus special protective equipment required for sandblasting, patching, and acid etch operations.


  • The overall noise level is low, with occasional periods of moderate high noise.
