Retail Store Managers are responsible for managing all operational aspects of a company-owned retail store. The primary objective will be to achieve or exceed sales plan for the store. An ideal candidate will have previous retail leadership experience, strong verbal selling skills, strong sense of urgency, ability to adapt to change, ability to train and motivate employees and the strong proficiency with using point of sale systems, hand-held devices and Windows operating systems.
