Hallmark Omnichannel & Consumer Engagement is looking for an experienced and motivated technologist who possesses a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills. As a member of the Omnichannel and Consumer Engagement group youll partner with a high functioning, high energy team of cross-functional disciplines that bring Hallmark.com and our Hallmark Gold Crown Omnichannel network to life for our consumers. With a consumer-first focus this group delivers impactful digital solutions that have a direct impact on consumer brand engagement and retention in the digital space which results in revenue growth and brand relevance. You will partner with internal teams and business partners to craft and support highly scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architectures. You will have a strong background in many infrastructure areas including operating system, network, security, database, storage, scripting; as well as, availability, change, problem and user management. This individual will wear several hats as an infrastructure consultant, architect, lead and hands-on implementation expert.
With a focus on the consumer, the solutions architect will help Hallmark understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions, and how to migrate existing solutions and processes to the cloud. You will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broad use of Infrastructure as code, deployment, and process automation within Hallmark. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in infrastructure/technology migrations. The ability to connect technology with measurable business value is critical to a solutions architect. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
