Customer Service Consultants at Hallmark Business Connections believe in creating a "cared for customer atmosphere all while delivering World Class Customer Service.

This is a seasonal position.

CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Create World Class Customer Service through excellent account management
  • Promote company and product on all calls with continuous reinforcement of benefits
  • Timely and consistent escalation of web site, process and service issues
  • Proactively assist customers with using all aspects of the Web site
  • Meet customer expectations through 3 hour response to email
  • Work with other departments to successfully resolve customer issues in a timely fashion
  • Customer correspondence via phone and email
  • Qualifying prospects/leads
  • Assist with web site testing

Requirements:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma, GED, equivalent
  • 2 years customer service experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong experience in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Thorough understanding of internet technologies including browser basics
  • Strong business correspondence skills
  • Demonstrates sound business judgement and decision- making
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
