Are you seeking a rewarding position in a fun, fast-paced work environment in both retail and wholesale? Hallmark Retail is looking for an experienced Product Marketer who can combine strong analytical ability, strategic leadership, and interpersonal skills across multiple disciplines to join our team.  

The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the daily management and execution of the Hallmark Baby and Kids Portfolio within the Hallmark Gold Crown stores, ensuring delivery of sales, profit and wholesale/retail performance goals. 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Lead at least 2 direct reports and work closely with cross functional teams.
  • Need to understand our consumer audience and their needs, market dynamics, competitors and product levers to help grow the business.
  • Need to develop competitive insights to deliver the right solutions and go to market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners aligned in business pods, and manage and lead a high potential team of professionals. 
  • Develop 3-5 year strategy for product pipeline.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience
  • Prior people management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be strategic in thinking and execution
  • Managerial experience within a team and within cross-functional environment
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Results oriented and effective problem solver
  • Ability to develop and grow relationships
  • Ability to multi task and manage multiple programs
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently
