Morey & Quinn Wealth Partners is seeking to hire a Client Service Manager to assist us in our mission of preserving our clients’ financial well-being through a holistic, collaborative approach. The Client Service Manager works under the direction of four financial advisors and is responsible for developing relationships with clients and gaining their confidence and trust in completing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Represent the firm by providing a world-class experience to all clients and prospects
  • Provide support to the Financial Advisors in the areas of administration and client service
  • Communicates daily with clients providing portfolio information, coordinating the payment and delivery of funds, and responding to and resolving inquiries
  • Work directly with clients by processing new accounts, obtaining necessary account documents, updating account information, and completing transfer requests
  • Assure client database (CRM) is up to date and utilized to full capacity including entering and tracking action items and notes
  • Be responsible for implementation and delivery of Firm’s Supernova process which includes organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, and preparing and creating reports for client and prospect meetings
  • Ensure required client and branch paperwork and processes are current with firm and industry requirements, rules and regulations
  • Prepare letters, forms, and spreadsheets to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients
  • Coordinate seminars and client appreciation events, etc.
  • Act as a liaison between Morey & Quinn Wealth Partners and our broker dealer and various venders
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service; Excellent telephone etiquette; Positive, upbeat personality
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience. Experience in investments, securities, or financial planning is highly desirable
  • Basic computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Being able to keep up and learn things quickly in a fast-paced environment, and effectively manage regular changing of priorities
  • Ability to learn a CRM
