Job title: Senior Director of Revenue Accounting & Operations
Compensation: $180,000 - $210,000
Location: Omaha, NE

The job: 
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Director of Revenue Accounting and Operations to lead our Billing and Collections teams while also driving future growth across our accounting functions. This role will be integral in supporting cross-functional projects where Billing is a key stakeholder and will serve as the primary finance point of contact for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and Business Units on matters of pricing. The Director will also work closely with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) on revenue recognition, billing forecasts, unearned revenue, and collections, while defining and executing a future-state roadmap for billing processes and systems in collaboration with Business Units and development teams.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Billing and Collections teams to ensure accurate, timely, and scalable processes
• Represent Billing on all cross-functional projects and teams, providing expertise as a key stakeholder
• Act as the Finance point of contact for Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and Business Units, specifically regarding pricing strategies
• Collaborate closely with the FP&A team to align on billing requirements, unearned revenue, and billing/collections forecasts
• Drive the strategic roadmap for billing systems, processes, and tools, working in close partnership with Business Units and technology development teams
• Build and scale the organization, developing processes to anticipate future growth and business needs

Who you are and what you need:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
• CPA required
• 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a focus on revenue recognition, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
