The Customer Success Manager ensures the smooth implementation and continued customer satisfaction for new and current Buildertrend customers. Successful Customer Success Managers will place an emphasis on conducting a large volume of training and consultation webinars to help customers onboard, and implement Buildertrend into their daily operations. In addition to hosting webinars, Customer Success Managers handle a significant amount of incoming calls and emails to make sure our customers are always taken care of.
