Position Summary

At Ensocare, a CQuence Health Group partner company, you can make a significant contribution to our business and have a direct and positive impact on healthcare.  The purpose of this position is to drive business and operating results through developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships.  This role serves as the primary owner and escalation point of production clients.  The Account Executive is responsible for building lasting relationships with existing clients, working with those clients to drive customer satisfaction, drive “add on” sales opportunities, and assist them in meeting their goals. This role has a direct impact on our Key Results of Growth, Profit, Customer Service, Accountability and Employee Development. The Account Executive position is based out of Omaha and intended to enable learning, striving and thriving to achieve long-term career success.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain solid, trusting relationship with existing clients.
  • As an integral part of all Ensocare business functions, interacts with employees, customers and vendors as part of a team to assist with and facilitate the delivery of quality service and helps to create a work environment conducive to solving problems.
  • Provide one-on-one or classroom training as needed.
  • Team with Marketing to drive referencability within client base, including white papers, speaking opportunities, and references for new leads.
  • Ensure that the post-acute provider network is engaged with the provider and promote participation and compliance.
  • Ensure that organizational goods and services consistently meet client needs.
  • Work with support and engineering to identify, report, and track issues requiring follow up and manage resolution.
  • Provide detailed feedback to product development on customer and market needs.
  • Fully document all customer activity in CRM tool: 
    • Add on sales opportunities
    • Customer temperature/satisfaction
    • Open issues that present a risk of client dissatisfaction
    • Update detailed account plan
  • Conduct Quarterly Client Meetings (QCM) with clients to review progress towards reaching goals, define and drive action plans as needed, touch base with planners to discuss issues, and build customer satisfaction.
  • Drive “add on” sales opportunities.
  • Drive the contract renewal process and increase contract term YOY.
  • Ensure NPS scores rise YOY.
  • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Exhibit ethical, objective business relationships in which the best interests of Ensocare and its customers are maintained.  Any influences that would jeopardize this responsibility should be reviewed with supervisor.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the VP of Channels and Accounts.

 Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time during peak periods.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and build strong business relationships.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and understanding of the hospital discharge process a plus.
  • Strong computer aptitude including the ability and desire to learn all aspects of the application.
  • Exceptionally positive attitude and ability to be flexible and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to develop a good rapport with users who may be resistant to change/technology.
  • Experience dealing with all levels of an organization.
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently out of home office.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to interact comfortably and competently over the telephone and in written form.
  • Ability to meet to deadlines and remain productive in a high volume environment.


  • College degree required.


  • Previous healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Previous client or account management experience preferred.
  • Previous marketing or sales experience preferred.
