Position Description:
This position is responsible for providing support to the Trade Relations Program and the SVP of Trade Relations. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supporting the services needed to build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers in a professional and efficient manner. This includes tracking and reporting on project objectives, coordinating meetings, departmental training and supporting implementation of contracts, tracking and ensuring compliance with contracts, data collection and reporting, and coordination throughout the organization. The goal is to enable contracting opportunities and access to limited distribution medications through the development of relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and strategize with SVP of Trade Relations to determine pharma project objectives, priorities and scope.

Lead and track pharma project objectives, tasks and progress through data, utilization and reporting. Present quarterly analysis to SVP of Trade Relations

Create and coordinate strategic meetings with Pharma clients at Amber headquarters, industry meetings and specialty pharmacy summits/meetings.

Manage project development from initiation to closure. Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to stakeholders.

Coordinate and serve as a liaison with all departments on pharma projects.

Lead and assist with implementation and roll out of pharma projects to meet contractual requirements.

Work with contract manager and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.

Support Contract Manager in negotiating and managing pharma contracts.

Monitor contract compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing).

Coordinate logistics and assist with the development of products and materials needed for internal and external pharma meetings.

Assist with pharma requests for deliverables – i.e., capabilities presentations, data and utilization reports, etc.

Interface and collaborate with Director of Clinical Services on scheduling medical presentations and pipeline updates. Support managed care with presentations and data analytics as needed.

Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of financial assistance programs, foundations, patient assistance programs, HUB operations, and understanding of data aggregators.

HIPAA trained and /or the ability to work with and protect extremely confidential patient and employee information

Previous experience working in specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or patient service organizations.

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Prior pharmaceutical experience working in specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or patient service organizations.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and industry/pharmacy experience is preferred
