Warehouse Delivery Coordinator
Job Description
All Makes, the Midwest’s largest and most experienced office furniture and business equipment dealer, seeks two immediate, full-time Warehouse Coordinators for our 25,000-square-foot Omaha warehouse and distribution center.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver, install, set up and repair new office furniture and chairs
- Assist in receiving product, verify box and packing slip counts, and inspect product for freight or any visible damage
- Document receipt and any damage on bills of lading and packing slips;
- Follows and applies company procedures for freight claim documentation and process
- Ensure that required product, equipment, tools and supplies are on board for daily deliveries
- Ensure furniture is loaded into truck in delivery sequence and is padded, strapped, tied-down, balanced and secured so that no damage will occur during trip to a client's site
- Operate a straight or cube truck safely while obeying all traffic rules and being courteous to other drivers on the road.
- Various warehouse responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 150 pounds
- Clean driving record
- Truck driving experience
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Work independently with sense of urgency to get work done
- Professional with good communication skills
