We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant (CSA) / Service Administrator to join our team at our Oberlin location.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive visitors and telephone calls, ensuring individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealership
  • Open service department work orders and track them through to closure and invoicing
  • Maintain the service library with current information
  • Assist customers with billing questions and invoice inquiries
  • Reconcile daily cash till and prepare bank deposits

Requirements:

  • 3+ years administrative assistant position
  • Basic knowledge of accounting practices
  • Ability to work in a fast paced multi-faceted environment
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office
  • General knowledge of mechanical terms is preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma; Associate Degree preferred
