You must have at least one year (52 weeks) or specialized work experience equivalent to GS-09 grade level or equivalent qualifying pay band or other pay systems in the Federal service which has given you the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience involved applying principles, practices, procedures, and terminology involved in managing and advising on military Human Resources matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and meeting the needs of customers. Substitution of Education for Experience: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or three full years of progressively higher level graduate education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Management, or LL.M., if related. Education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position and is related to the duties of the position. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOMYMENT
Position may or will require incumbent to: (1) Must obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance. (2) Incumbents regular assignments are primarily ART duties: however, the incumbent may be assigned some non-ART duties, generally not to exceed 30 percent of total responsibilities. (3) Work schedule will be aligned to allow incumbent to fully participate in unit training assemblies (UTAs). (4) This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent will be subject to random testing for drug use.
