JOB DESCRIPTION:

CSG Actuarial, LLC is looking for an compliance analyst to serve in our life and health consulting practice. In this position, the candidate will provide compliance services for our clients. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare regulatory reports and filings for clients
  • Prepare and file product filings, including policy forms, applcations, brochures, and other required documents
  • Research and evaluation state insurance regulations to ensure clients are in compliance
  • Support CSG Actuarial market research and web services division
  • Provide support for product development and pricing for life and health insurance products
  • Support re-rating functions for Medicare Supplement insurance and other health lines of business
  • Assist with the preparation of client presentations and reports
  • Manage competitive intelligence databases.
  • Support all other actuarial consulting activities, as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Formal training or equivalent in Business Administration, legal assistant training or significant business experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree)
  • Minimum 2 years insurance home office experience required in the Compliance, Internal Audit or Legal Department of an insurance or financial services company
  • Knowledge of SERFF filing system
  • Life, accident and health insurance products and related forms knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of life insurance contract, administrative law and life and health insurance technology
  • Knowledge with State and federal compliance requirements
  • Ability to assess the impact of current and proposed regulations/laws on the organization
