What we do:


At Supportworks, we design, manufacture and distribute industry-leading foundation and concrete repair products, available exclusively to contractors in our network. We also provide contractors with dedicated training, support, software and resources to help them grow and sustain their businesses. As Human Resources Coach, you will:



  • Proactively and reactively reach out in a timely way to HR professionals in our customer base and provide HR and management support. The support covers anything from recruiting to retention to compliance.  
  • Travel (up to 25%) to our customers to consult on all aspects of Human Resources, features and benefits of Supportworks, as well as serving as a role model for all HR and office staff.
  • Collaborate with peers on improving all aspects of our customers’ businesses.



  • Develop and conduct human resources training events at Supportworks and our customers several times per year.
  • Continually look for ways to improve content and delivery of our HR system, called HR the Supportworks Way.



  • A minimum of 3 years of general experience in Human Resources is required or a combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to present in front of small and large groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for interaction with customers and for creating and presenting training material.
  • Ability to travel off-site up to 25 percent of the time.
