This is more of a “teach them how to fish” than “feed them” sort of role, focused on strengthening professional relationships with HR consultation, training and resources––and a lot of fun along the way.

At Supportworks, we design, manufacture and distribute industry-leading foundation and concrete repair products, available exclusively to dealers in our network. We also provide dealers with dedicated training, software and support to help them grow and sustain their businesses. We are redefining the contracting industry by fueling remarkable experiences for homeowners, bigger dreams for dealers, and fulfilling work and lives for employees.

As Director of HR and Training on our Dealer Performance team, you will:

  • Travel to dealer locations consulting on features and benefits of Supportworks, as well as serving as a role model for all HR and office staff.
  • Conduct national human resources training events at Supportworks several times per year.
  • Collaborate with peers on the Dealer Performance team to consult on all aspects of contractors’ businesses.
  • Continually look for ways to improve content and delivery of Human Resources, “the Supportworks Way.”
  • Provide timely follow-up and outstanding customer service to dealers at all times.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources is required or a combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to present in front of large groups and other Human Resources professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for interaction with customers and for creating training material.
  • Ability to travel off-site up to 25 percent of the time.
