Supportworks, Inc. is looking for a passionate HR Business Partner to support our contractor’s development network. Our ideal candidate knows how to maintain relationships with customers through motivating, coaching, training, and consulting on all human resources related issues. This role is for the individual ready to jump in and work alongside our contractors to show that more is possible!

  • Train on features and benefits of Supportworks, specific in the human resources arena
  • Ability to travel off-site to contractor locations and be the role model to all HR and office staff
  • Host national training events on-site at Supportworks
  • Continually look for ways to improve training content and delivery within Human Resources
  • Provide timely follow-up and outstanding customer service to dealers/contractors at all times.

Qualified applicants will have a bachelors degree in HR or a related business field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a HR Manager, Generalist or Specialist. Ability to travel 20-25% of the time.
