We are actively seeking two Junior Business Development Coordinators to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Junior Business Development Coordinator, you’ll make an impact by:

• Meeting regularly with Business Development Leads to align on market opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Analyzing reports to help identify gaps and product optimization opportunities as requested by Business Development Leads.
• Assisting in development of new item forecasts and tracking progress towards distribution and sales goals in the market.
• Assisting in preparation for customer line reviews and key account joint business planning.
• Organizing planning sessions across departments to ensure sales strategies and brand initiatives are well represented, including leading the 4YP joint forecasting process.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of CPG experience.
• Strong business acumen in managing projects.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must hit deadlines and hold others accountable for delivering work to a timeline.
