Hybrid: (Tuesday-Thursday in office, Mondays/Fridays - WFH)

We are actively seeking a Social & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

The Social & Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing strategy with the Digital Marketing Manager and the brand teams. This person will align with the Brand Marketing Strategy to help develop organic social content, email, and influencer marketing. This individual will be tasked with managing multiple brands on Facebook/Instagram, creating/executing an influencer strategy, assisting with email marketing, and other relevant marketing tasks.

As our Social & Influencer Marketing Specialist, you’ll make an impact by:

• Collaborating with brand teams to create and implement digital marketing initiatives that support brand strategy, goals, and positioning.
• Assisting with social strategy, content creation, influencers, and consumer outreach.
• Participating in strategy and execution for email marketing.
• Being comfortable in a growing environment with ability to be agile as needed as well as willing to jump in and help out the team.
• Developing and publishing engaging organic and paid social media content for multiple leading pet brands.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years’ work experience with social media and/or influencer marketing in consumer goods or agency setting.
• Experience creating organic social posts and managing multiple Facebook/Instagram pages.
• Proficiency with influencer management software (Tagger/Aspire IQ) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social) a plus.
